As my other concept I would suggest being able to create a system of parking and a app for renting such devices. Its a quite futurist concept. I just want to think out of the box. Even the app would be integrated with a google maps or a kind of maps that can be upgraded for the device to have a full understanding of the public roads in the country that is being integrated. Braking lights in the back also since it needs to follow the rules of the traffic. All the materials of this new concept of trailer is for the people that even don't use a bike but they require a trailer or a device that will be following the same functionality of a trailer.
